What we collect
When you send an estimate request we collect the name, phone number, email address, address details, service, urgency and description you type, plus any photos you attach. Our server also records the IP address and browser user agent the request came from, which is how we tell real requests from bot spam.
If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. That is it. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics script on this site.
What we use it for
- Calling or texting you back about the work you asked about
- Pricing the job, writing the quote and scheduling it
- Invoicing and payment if you hire us
- Blocking spam submissions
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to lead brokers. Nobody buys leads from us.
Photos you send
Photos attached to an estimate request are stored on our server and used to price your job. Location data embedded by your phone is stripped when the file is saved. We do not publish a customer photo, an address or a house number in our gallery without asking first, and we never publish an address at all.
Who else sees it
Email we send you goes through Google, because our email runs on a Google account. Card payments, when they are turned on, are handled by our payment processor, and card numbers never touch our servers. Our site and database run on a server we rent. Those providers see only what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and job records stay in our system so we have a history of work done at your property, which matters when you call us back about the same tree three years later. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we need to keep an invoice for tax records.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie only for staff who sign in to the back office, plus the technical cookie that keeps the page working while you use it. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
